Education Sales Consultant (EduSmith)

About the role

EduSmith, part of LEARN Corporation's ecosystem, is a study-abroad consultancy offering test-preparation courses and personalised guidance for students aiming for boarding schools, undergraduate and graduate programmes abroad. It is hiring a full-time Education Sales Consultant who owns the full sales function, from pipeline strategy and team performance to working with marketing, consultants and teaching teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed ambitious sales targets across a portfolio of high-value accounts, turning premium leads into long-term EduSmith families through consultative selling.
• Manage senior-level client relationships with parents, students and institutional partners, acting as a trusted strategic advisor throughout the admissions journey.
• Drive pipeline strategy by identifying market opportunities, analysing sales performance data and presenting insights to management.
• Expand partnerships with international schools, universities and corporate clients, representing EduSmith at seminars, education fairs and networking events.
• Mentor junior consultants on consultative sales, product knowledge and client communication.

Required profile

• Thai nationality with 3-10+ years of experience in sales, business development or client relationship management, ideally in education, EdTech or premium services.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to build trust with parents, executives and institutional stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin or other languages are a strong advantage.
• Deep passion for education and student success.

Required skills

• Experience managing a full sales cycle and forecasting revenue.
• Use of CRM tools to track and optimise performance.
