About the role
The Executive – People Experience will act as a strategic HR partner, supporting key business stakeholders and driving an engaged workforce. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on daily HR operations with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Provide business partnering support to key business stakeholders.
- Perform HR Generalist duties across the organization.
- Manage HR Operations with a primary focus on talent acquisition.
- Support stakeholders to ensure an engaged and high‑performing workforce.
- Oversee daily HR processes and recruitment activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles.
- Strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Ability to work on‑site and collaborate closely with business leaders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
