General Manager – Operations (Logistics)

About the role

HRnetOne is recruiting a General Manager for its Operations (Logistics) function in Thailand. The role oversees daily logistics activities and leads the team to run them efficiently and in line with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution and supply chain activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and service quality.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs and optimise resource use.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
• Identify operational risks and put in place solutions that support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with proven leadership experience.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, distribution and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in cost optimisation, process improvement and operational performance management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
