Key Account Manager

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Thailand. The role centres on developing and implementing account plans that align with the company's sales and growth objectives, and delivering revenue, volume, margin, distribution and market-share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customer teams.
• Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, promotions and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
• Identify growth opportunities through new products, assortment expansion, cross-selling and improved visibility.
• Monitor account performance, market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, and recommend actions.
• Prepare forecasts, sales reports, business reviews and account updates.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, finance, customer service and other teams, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and relevant requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales or a related commercial role.
• Experience managing CVs and/or MT accounts; familiarity with both channels is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Ability to travel as required.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Analytical skills, including experience with sales data, forecasts and account plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and reporting tools is an advantage.
