About the role
The Learning and Development Officer will be based in Bangkok and will work in a hybrid arrangement, reporting to the Human Resources department of Bluebik. Bluebik is a leading consultancy that provides comprehensive advice on digital transformation, helping clients turn ambition into reality. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering learning programmes that support leadership growth and career development across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver learning, leadership and career development programmes.
- Develop strategic training and development plans.
- Design learning curricula tailored to employee needs.
- Develop leadership workshops to build managerial capabilities.
- Deliver career development sessions to support employee growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
