Marketing Executive – Hybrid (Bangkok)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join a leading financial/FX company in Bangkok. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, and focuses on multi‑channel campaigns, brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the development of strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Track performance, analyse data and recommend optimisation initiatives.
• Create content for social media, websites, email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Work with designers and external vendors to develop marketing assets.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports and actionable insights for management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Support and Operations teams.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
• Support events, webinars, partnerships and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Content Marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and Affiliate Marketing.
• CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
