National Sales Manager (Thailand)

About the role

A commercially driven leader is sought to build the brand's presence in the Thai market, develop strategic partnerships and establish a strong distribution network. The role covers key accounts, distributor partnerships and trade marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market penetration and sustainable growth in Thailand.
• Build and manage relationships with key retail chains, including convenience stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets.
• Identify, develop and manage distributor partnerships to strengthen the Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy.
• Lead key account negotiations on product listings, trading terms, pricing and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance, demand forecasting and distributor inventory to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market entry and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Distributor Management or Trade Marketing within FMCG, ideally in the beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of Thailand's modern trade landscape and established relationships with key retail chain buyers.
• Proven track record in sales strategy, commercial negotiations and distributor management.
• Fluent in Thai with working proficiency in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
