QA Automation Tester (Mobile Banking)

About the role

Capco, a Wipro company and global technology and management consultancy for digital transformation in financial services, is looking for a QA Automation Tester in Bangkok. The role ensures the quality and reliability of mobile banking solutions, focusing on mobile and API automation, covering functional and non-functional testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests for mobile, API and web applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and non-functional testing
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress or similar
• Test mobile applications on iOS and Android, and perform API testing and automation
• Guide test planning, automation and execution strategies
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
• Track defects from identification through to resolution
• Collaborate with developers, BAs and product teams in an Agile environment

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in QA automation (intermediate to senior level)
• Native Thai speaker with conversational English
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Banking or financial services experience is required
• Experience implementing automated testing in CI/CD pipelines and hands-on UI/API and mobile automation
• Agile experience and strong communication skills

• Nice to have: JMeter, Espresso, XCUITest, JSON/XML, mock services or databases
