Senior Analyst, Supply Analytics

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok. You will work directly with the Supply department to turn business questions into data‑driven insights that shape the company’s supply strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and building hypotheses.
• Extract and analyse data from large‑scale data warehouses to produce statistically robust findings.
• Identify growth opportunities within the supply ecosystem and propose actionable recommendations.
• Lead new analytical initiatives that improve organisational efficiency and support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop scalable dashboards and data products for supply, product and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis or analytics within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to ask the right questions.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to diverse business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with supply partners and internal teams.
