Senior Manager, Intermediaries Strategy Management

About the role

Eastspring, a global asset manager with Asia at its core, is hiring a Senior Manager for Intermediaries Strategy Management at its Mitrtown office in Bangkok. The role supports the execution of strategic business initiatives and marketing activities for intermediary channels, driving marketing execution, partner engagement and growth of assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing strategic enablement plans and marketing programmes aligned with business objectives to grow AUM and partner engagement.
• Work with the sales and partnership team on marketing activities, sales campaigns and co-branded initiatives with intermediaries, aligned with product strategy and sales plans.
• Help create, enhance and deploy sales tools, marketing materials, RFPs and onboarding processes.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales pipeline and key business metrics, and prepare insights and reports for data-driven decisions.
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate timelines, stakeholders and deliverables for strategic projects.
• Other tasks assigned by the team lead and senior leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management, mutual fund distribution or financial advisory.
• Strong organisational ability, cross-functional agility, attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
