Solutions Engineer, DoiT Cloud Intelligence (Thai Speaking)

About the role

DoiT is hiring a Solutions Engineer for its Cloud Intelligence (DCI) offering, based remotely in the APAC timezone and serving Thai customers, prospects and AWS field teams. The role is a growth-oriented Field Engineering position: you act as the hands-on technical face of DoiT in Thailand, partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success and the AWS field team to drive DCI adoption, revenue growth and new logos. Native-level Thai fluency is required.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Account Executives to understand prospects' cloud environments, FinOps maturity and cost challenges through technical discovery.
• Lead technical validation and Proof of Value (POV) exercises, and deliver tailored DCI demos in Thai and English.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses for engineering and executive audiences.
• Co-sell with AWS field teams and partners on MAP, GenAI accelerators and Well-Architected Framework Review engagements.
• Design and run optimization sessions, reliability and security reviews, architecture deep dives, migration assessments and Well-Architected reviews.
• Become a DCI power user: build cost allocation views, write Composer queries, create CloudFlow automations and embed DCI into customer workflows.
• Support MSPs, PE firms and SIs, own the technical win, and turn field work into playbooks, Terraform modules, webinars and workshops.
• Represent DoiT at events and convey customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Required profile

• Native Thai fluency (spoken and written) and professional English.
• 5+ years designing, deploying and operating production workloads on AWS (GCP or Azure a strong plus).
• Customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales or Field Engineering.
• Depth in cloud infrastructure, data and analytics, or ML/GenAI.
• Ability to explain cloud economics and FinOps trade-offs to engineers and finance stakeholders.
• Experience in an account-team model across AE, CSM, AM and TAM, and across time zones.

Required skills

• AWS, with practical FinOps and observability experience (Datadog, New Relic, ServiceNow).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD tooling.
• Data analysis and presentation skills, including to executives.
