About the role
As a Lead (Senior Sales Associate) at Nike’s Chiang Mai Plaza store, you will be the face of the brand, delivering premium consumer experiences through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Utilise customer service, sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Perform all associate activities, handle complex transactions, and support loss‑prevention efforts.
- Provide expertise in areas such as Shipping & Receiving, Cashier duties, and Sales, and may hold key‑holder responsibilities.
- Assist managers with onboarding and training programs for new associates.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
