Account Manager – Electronics Supply Chain

About the role

Converge, an Arrow company, is hiring a full-time Account Manager in Bangkok (Converge-UBC II). The role covers account management and field sales, supporting a client base of around 100 mid-size accounts and meeting assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell all solutions, build relationships with internal partners and map strategies, while conducting calls to develop new revenue streams with existing and new customers.
• Identify selling opportunities in critical, large, multi-location, complex and high-visibility Arrow customers through a strategic sales plan, and understand each customer's needs and decision-making hierarchy.
• Lead account planning to set mutual performance objectives, financial targets and milestones, and sell value-added, long-term solutions to grow profit and margins.
• Run quarterly business reviews with major accounts and consult with customers on quotes and order processing.
• Partner with Global Commodity Management to share market intelligence on customers, trends and supply/demand, gather pricing quotes from Global Procurement and secure global supply inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, strategic mindset, resilience and a positive attitude.
