Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Chief Financial Officer based in Thailand. The CFO will develop and run the company's financial strategy, lead fundraising and investor relations, and oversee accounting and risk management while supporting growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies supporting long-term goals, including budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Lead future capital raising (Series A/B/C), manage investor relationships and oversee equity and cap table management.
• Oversee accounting functions: financial reporting, tax compliance, audit and cash flow management.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide the CEO and Board with financial analysis and KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.
• Partner with the HR Manager and department heads to assess the financial feasibility of expansion plans and new product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA or CPA/CFA highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in a startup or technology-driven environment.
• Track record in successful fundraising, M&A or leading a company through major scaling phases.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business.
