Finance Analyst APAC

About the role

Ingredion is hiring a Finance Analyst for its APAC business, based in Bangna, Bangkok, on a hybrid workplace. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, focusing on consolidating financial information and delivering tactical financial analysis, and supporting mid- to long-range financial projections that reflect the region's business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial analysis of historical performance, forecasts and targets to the regional management team.
• Consolidate financial performance and business results during the Latest Estimate (LE), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Quarterly Operation Review (QOR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) to provide accurate forecasts and commentary.
• Support the annual business plan and forecasts, and act as coordinator for APAC regional financial information systems (BPC, BW, SAP) and the Power BI business dashboard.
• Provide master data administration, modify reporting templates and troubleshoot with the IT team as needed.
• Consolidate APAC operating expenses and the regional office budget, analyse cost variances and give deeper insights to regional cost centre owners.
• Improve financial processes, reporting tools, management reporting tools and budgeting and estimating processes so that value-adding analyses can be done more efficiently.
• Work with regional finance, marketing, innovation, commercial and operations teams to gather and assess inputs for financial forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related business field.
• 3-4 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
• Analytical mindset, learning agility and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in a matrix environment and strong influencing skills across business functions.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation.
• Knowledge of BPC, BW, SAP and Power BI.
